MT-01 Table Top Control Box |
The table top controller MT-01 is the entry level basic station controller in the DEMCO WEDGE line. It has the capability to operate a single standalone WEDGE station on any table top. The system comes with all required hardware. Safety is provided by a set of non-contact anti-tie down buttons, alarms are displayed and reset from the operator panel. A holder is provided to mount a work piece nest. The operator simply loads the nest, depresses the pair of safety buttons, and the station performs its cycle. This system is ideal for small production and prototype runs. It also is commonly used to set-up, program, and maintain stations. |

MM-02 Manual 2 Station Machine |
The MM-02 Manual chassis is utilized when an operator is required to operate one or two stations in a manual fashion. A holder is supplied to mount a work piece nest. The operator moves the part from one nest to another and depresses the safety buttons. The stations then perform their required operation. Alarm and production data are displayed on the multi-position touch panel display. This data can also be stored with the optional WEDGE MONITOR production software. MC-01 Maintenance Cart |
The maintenance cart accepts 1 DEMCO WEDGE "plug and play" station. It is designed to aid the operator and maintenance personnel, when inserting and removing any WEDGE stations to and from the base chassis. Each WEDGE station is equipped with "on board" intelligence,
it is plugged into the maintenance cart controller. The controller
has the ability to cycle the machine. This allows for maintenance
and operational The sturdy maintenance cart is equipped with a set of lockable swiveling casters, so steering the unit, even in the most restricted areas is very easy. The table height is hydraulically controlled and operated so the WEDGE station can be lifted and lowered for easy loading and unloading. |
